Cancellation Terms

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for our event planning services:

• Cancellations made 60 or more days before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the total service fee
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event date will receive a 25% refund of the total service fee
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date are non-refundable due to commitments made to vendors and venues

Rescheduling Services

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event or activity, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days in advance will be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 30 days may incur additional coordination fees.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with vloxarinxorvalen. This deposit covers initial planning, consultation time, and preliminary vendor coordination. The deposit amount varies based on the scope and scale of your event or activity.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide alternative solutions. Refunds in such circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Third-Party Vendor Costs

Please note that certain third-party vendors may have their own cancellation policies. Any non-refundable costs incurred from venues, caterers, entertainers, or other service providers will be deducted from any refund amount. We will provide full transparency regarding these costs.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Service Modifications

Changes to your event or activity details can be made up to 14 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability and potential additional costs. We recommend finalizing all details as early as possible to ensure the best possible experience.
